Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Transformation:

• Develop and execute Boxer’s digital innovation roadmap, driving e-commerce, loyalty programs, and customer engagement platforms, while implementing AI-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Fintech & Financial Services:

• Expand Boxer Money Services by integrating digital payments and mobile money solutions, lead strategic partnerships to promote financial inclusion, and manage remittances, account payments, and credit solutions.

Data Analytics & Personalisation:

• Utilise customer and supplier data to optimise promotions, stock management, and pricing strategies, leveraging machine learning for customer behaviour analysis and refining loyalty programs to drive retention.

E-commerce & Omni-channel Growth:

• Strengthen Boxer’s online presence through the development of digital ordering and delivery solutions, ensuring seamless integration between digital platforms and physical stores.

Technology & Retail Innovation:

• Oversee the integration of new payment technologies such as QR codes, rapid payment systems, and mobile wallets, while driving process improvements in store operations and supply chain management.
