    Commercial Buying PA

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 and Diploma would be advantageous
    • At least 2 years of relevant PA/ administrative experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
    • Experience in managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meetings.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    PA Duties

    • Efficiently manage the HOD’s diary, ensuring optimal scheduling and prioritization.
    • Coordinate all travel arrangements for the HOD, including bookings and itineraries.
    • Schedule and organize both internal and external meetings.
    • Record accurate minutes during meetings and diligently follow up on action plans.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on decisions and action points arising from various engagements.
    • Assist in planning and participating in key Boxer events as required.

    Administration

    • Develop and maintain an effective and efficient administrative system to support team operations.
    • Monitor and record all expenses, process travel claims, and liaise with Payroll to facilitate approvals.
    • Manage leave application forms for the team, ensuring seamless facilitation with HR.
    • Prepare relevant reports and presentations to support team activities.
    • Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.

    Data Analytics & Personalisation:

    • Utilise customer and supplier data to optimise promotions, stock management, and pricing strategies, leveraging machine learning for customer behaviour analysis and refining loyalty programs to drive retention.

    E-commerce & Omni-channel Growth:

    • Strengthen Boxer’s online presence through the development of digital ordering and delivery solutions, ensuring seamless integration between digital platforms and physical stores.

    Technology & Retail Innovation:

    • Oversee the integration of new payment technologies such as QR codes, rapid payment systems, and mobile wallets, while driving process improvements in store operations and supply chain management.

    Draughtsman - KZN

    What we’re looking for:

    • A Multi-disciplinary Draughting Certificate (N4 & N5) with 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and a creative, logical mindset.

    Project Manager - New Stores & Refurbishes

    What we’re looking for:

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Projects, and a strong background in construction management within retail.
    • Experience & Qualifications: Project management certification or equivalent, minimum 5 years’ experience (preferably in retail), familiarity with industry regulations, and a valid driver’s license.

    Senior Quantity Surveyor

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in property development, preferably within the FMCG retail sector.
    • Proven track record in cost management, contract negotiation, and budget control.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimating tools.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
    • Membership in a relevant professional association is a plus.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license

    Key Responsibilities:
