Team Leadership & Transformation: Lead our talented team FP&A professionals whilst driving standardized and optimized process.
Commercial Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for reviewing, reporting and analyzing business performance of the EMEA business through the month-end process. Whilst partnering collaboratively with finance and business leaders, and regional heads of Finance & Accounting, Commercial Finance and Operational Finance to prepare monthly variance analysis.
Forecasting, Budgeting and Planning: Lead preparation of forecasts, the annual budget and financial elements of the annual strategic plan for EMEA region. Have overall responsibility for leading engagement with the business and other financial stakeholders during the forecast and budget preparation process.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Professional Certification preferred
Previous experience of working in a managerial / leadership role in FP&A, Commercial Finance (or equivalent) is essential
Experience of working in a multi-jurisdiction business is also essential
Expertise in financial analysis and reporting and ability to interpret financial reports
