    A global and dynamic concern seeks an HR Business Partner to manage a team of People Partners, Talent Specialists and shared services in a cross functional environment. Here you will collaborate with the business leaders, influence the business strategy and structure, build talent lead culture and create a meaningful team culture that enables the company to thrive. 


    Responsibilities: 

    • Be a thought leader regarding business and people related strategy and implementation. Provide insightful information to help decisionmaking and forward thinking solutions 
    • Lead the creation and implementation of a people plan to drive business strategies and outcomes and offer expert leadership reagrding business and peoplerelated strategy and execution. Lead, manage and grow a team of people partners, talent experts and shared services. 
    • Solve organizational problems, get to the root of issues and design and quickly implement solutions 
    • Ensure that the company is compliant and updated on all legislative and governance regarding skills development, labour law and employment equity 
    • Provide guidence in organisational effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, information analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs and strategic development
    • Provide valuable support, programs and developmental offerings to the team 

     

    Requirements: 

    • Relevant dregree/ diploma
    • 8 10 years experience in a head of HR role
    • Must have implemeneted organzational change and transformation projects
    • Exoerience with HR information systems, workflows and chage management 
    • Strong EQ and coaching competency 
    • Strategic thinking, innovative inclusion, stringleadership approach of openness are core to this role
