NQF Level 7 qualification in Commerce, Business or Finance.
A post grad qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance is advantageous.
Experience
At least 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
Duties
Oversee the preparation of content and collateral for presentations to the investor and analyst community such as analyst presentations, conference call scripts, etc.
Developing IR targeting programs.
Preparation of the Integrated report.
Leading the development of other collateral/marketing material for investor relations.
Responding to Investor relations queries (finance related);
Leading the group related responses with strategy.
Monitor’s Omnia’s performance relative to internal benchmarks.
Manages good relationships with all segments of the investor community, financial media and sell side analysts.
Documents questions and key issues from investor feedback.
Maintains key Q&A document.
Maintains filing with regard to industry documents, including analyst reports.
Analysising Omnia’s performance against market expectations and other peer group operators.
Assists the Executive of IR in preparing IR/financial PR documents
