Core Tasks: 

• Manage the quality of service, cost ratio and growing sales and market share;
• Management of staff;
• Financial management
• Management of logistics and Business Strategy;
• Marketing management and ensuring that outstanding client services are maintained;
• Strategic management and execution;
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation;
• Manage the performance of the logistics division;
• Management of client services and relationships with preferred producers, suppliers and buyers;
• Act as ambassador for Flotank.

Requirements:

The candidate must have the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and computer literate.
• 6 years relevant experience in Logistics / Business Management and 2 years in the agricultural industry.
