Head of Marketing - Africa at William Grant & Sons

Main Responsibility

• Work together with Regional Managing Director, Global Marketing Director 3rd Party Markets and Global Brand Teams to deliver the portfolio strategy and influence the delivery of locally relevant assets and tools.
• Build executable and relevant plans, consistent with global guidelines. Ensure effective implementation of plans across key priority BMCs within Africa and drive cross market learning and M&E agenda.
• Provide leadership to the Customer Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Manager, ensuring as a team you operate efficiently and effectively in a cross functional environment and lead marketing capability building to enable long-term brand growth.
• The role operates within both the BBU Global 3PM Marketing Team and the Africa Regional Leadership Team.

• An experienced Senior Marketeer, armed with strong interpersonal and influence skills, as well as a solid commercial acumen, you will have had experience of leading and delivering a brand building and growth agenda across multiple brands and markets.
