    Head of Marketing (m/f/x)

    About the Role

    • The Head of Marketing is responsible for the entire Digital Marketing ecosystem and the relationships that all channels have with one another.
    • To be successful in this role, you must have in-depth experience building a corporate brand and executing via digital marketing campaigns.

    This is a full time contract position for contractors (8-10 hours per day)

    The Right Person Would Have

    • Degree in marketing or a related field.
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social and digital advertising campaigns.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
    • Solid experience launching corporate brands, building and executing company assets to support the brand, including website and social media presence.
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    Competencies:

    • Building and defining a corporate brand (everything from tone through to colours and fonts).
    • Experience leveraging the brand elements and working closely with designers and content team to create and launch a new website.
    • At least 3 years’ experience creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns for B2B brands.
    • Experience with viral and social media strategies and executing on these strategies (both paid and non-paid).
    • Expert Proficiency with Google Analytics.
    • Proficiency with WordPress Proficiency Creating/Executing Link Strategies.
    • Proficiency Content and Ad Design Strategies.
    • Familiarity with Data Studio Familiarity with Google Ads.
    • Strong blog writing skills.
    • Proficiency with SEO strategies.
    • You must be capable of developing and executing on an optimization strategy that will measurably improve business metrics.
    • You have to be able to learn about our business goals and create a plan that will ensure we reach those goals. Not fluffy, vanity metrics. Real ROI.

    What You’ll Do

    • Help define the corporate brand and work with the design and content team to build and launch a new website.
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Facebook ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create digital assets and landing pages that optimize user experience.
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
    • Manage SEO strategy and execution.
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
    • Create industry expert blog content.
