The business is scaling fast and needs a commercially minded marketing leader who can translate business priorities into compelling messaging, brand presence, and revenue-generating activity. Someone who can architect the bigger picture, but who isn't afraid to lead by example and get involved in delivery when needed.
You'll be laying the foundation getting campaigns live, shaping brand and positioning, building assets that support sales while also defining the strategic direction and assembling a high-performing in-house team over time.
What you'll lead and deliver
Define and implement a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy tied to revenue and brand growth
Launch and run campaigns across content, digital, social, paid, email and events
Develop messaging and positioning that resonate across key personas and decision-makers
Own the company's digital presence and brand identity from website to voice to visual language
Build the tools, collateral and content that support both sales conversion and customer success
Hire and shape an in-house marketing team that scales with the business
Track performance metrics, report on results, and iterate based on data
Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing with business priorities
Operate as the functional lead at the executive level, driving marketing impact across the business
Who this is for
Senior marketers with at least 7 years in B2B marketing, including some team leadership
Experienced in SaaS or product-led businesses with high-growth ambition
Confident in both strategic planning and hands-on execution and knowing when each is needed
Strong communicator, brand thinker and campaign builder
Comfortable shaping new functions from scratch, not just optimising what already exists
Commercially aware, performance-driven, and collaborative across departments
Ready to be the marketing voice at the table, not waiting for permission to lead
Must have experience in a smaller, start up or scale up businesses
