    Intermediate Software Engineer

    The Position

    • This role is suited to an intermediate software engineer who wants to do more than just deliver tickets. The team values developers who are eager to contribute to product thinking, user experience, and technical design. The role involves working with cross-functional teams product managers, UX designers, QA, and other engineers to build user-facing software thats thoughtful, scalable, and purposeful.
    • Although the work is remote, the team meets in person quarterly in Cape Town.

    Responsibilities / Duties:

    • Write clean, maintainable code based on agile product backlogs
    • Collaborate closely with UX and product teams to influence feature design

    Requirements to apply:

    Senior Full Stack Developer

    The Role

    • This is a hands-on senior role, working directly with the CTO to support and improve their current platforms while also helping lead future technical direction. The right candidate will be confident working across the full stack, enjoy mentoring others, and be excited about working in a purpose-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the CTO to maintain and enhance .NET MVC applications
    • Lead the upgrade of their Angular implementation (currently v11)
    • Design responsive web interfaces for a range of devices
    • Mentor junior and mid-level developers
    • Act as an internal advocate for AI adoption and innovation
    • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to define and build scalable solutions
    • Maintain and improve Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

    What They're Looking For

    • 8+ years of experience with C# and the .NET stack

    New Business Development Manager - (Financial Software)

    About the Role

    • The Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is pivotal to expanding the company's market presence. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    New Business Development (75%)

    • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to contract signing and CRM updates.
    • Identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.

    Prospecting and Lead Generation (25%)

    • Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects using multiple channels, including outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring sustained opportunity flow.

    Strategic Collaboration and Communication

    • Partner with engineering and product teams to relay customer requirements and influence product development.

    Sales Strategy and Representation

    • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote new products and services.
    • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements to enhance visibility and build relationships.

    Requirements:

    • Sales experience in Finance/ FinTech or selling into financial departments: 5+ years in B2B sales. You will need a strong track record of exceeding targets (essential).
    • Degree Preferred: Bachelors Degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (essential) as well as good presentation skills. This is a client-facing role.
    • New Business Expertise: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, with a focus on prospecting, solution selling, and deal closure (essential).
    • Collaborative Spirit: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and drive product alignment.

    Nice to Haves:

    • SaaS FinTech Sales would be a huge plus
    • Knowledge of or exposure to Credit Management or similar would be useful but not required
    • Sales experience with forecasting tools or financial software or compliance regulatory software, or similar

    Digital Marketing Lead - B2B SaaS (Fintech)

    About the Role

    • The Digital Marketing Lead will take ownership of the execution and refinement of the company's digital strategy. This includes managing and optimizing all digital channels from website to social media to email campaigns. It will include other channels too such as Webinars and paid media. With a clear focus on measurable outcomes, this person will align closely with sales, account management, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to business goals.
    • With very little already in place, you will get to design, plan, and implement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize performance across all digital channels including the website, email, social, search, online advertising, and content platforms.
    • Lead the execution of integrated campaigns that drive inbound lead generation, support outbound initiatives, and enhance brand visibility.
    • Use data to inform marketing decisions regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital efforts, proposing improvements and testing hypotheses.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, customer success stories, and targeted campaigns.
    • Produce high-quality, compelling digital content that aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
    • Support the development of customer marketing initiatives that drive upsell and retention.
    • Manage external vendors, tools, and platforms to maximize marketing ROI and operational efficiency.
    • Contribute to thought leadership and innovation within the marketing team.

    What You'll Need to Succeed:

    • 5+ years in a B2B digital marketing role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
    • Strong experience with demand generation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
    • Proficiency across digital tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CMS, etc.).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills comfortable working cross-functionally.
