Job Description

• A leading commercial company is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing with a strong background in strategic marketing leadership, digital marketing, and brand management.
• The successful candidate will drive business growth, lead a high-performing marketing team, and develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's integrated marketing strategy.
• Provide strategic marketing leadership and advise executive management.
• Lead and optimise digital marketing across SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, website management, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Establish and improve marketing policies, processes, and systems.
• Manage the marketing budget and maximise return on investment.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing department.
• Champion brand governance and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• A digital marketing qualification will be advantageous.
• 5–10 years' experience in a senior marketing leadership role such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Divisional Marketing Director, or VP of Marketing.
• Experience leading a marketing department or function.
• Strong executive leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience developing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Experience reporting to executive leadership.
• Strong digital marketing expertise across multiple channels.
• Experience building or transforming marketing teams or functions.
