Description

• Acknowledge sales orders & enter on SAP according to priority schedule plan & established guidelines
• Responsible for ensuring maintenance of field contracts in SAP
• Oversee order placements
• Handle customer complaints
• Audit the digital catalogues to ensure all data is accurate & currently maintained
• Build processes to proactively identify issues and efficiently resolve
• Lead the digital launch process to obtain intimate knowledge of launch items & release schedules
• Support various internal teams with the products available in the appropriate channel catalogues
• Integrate new digital channels into existing catalogue management processes and solutions
• Evaluate opportunities & provide business requirements for system updates, new tools and automation
• Establish & monitor operational metrics & goals associated to the digital catalogue performance
• Ensure improved ingestion, maintenance and publishing of digital catalogues
• Responsible for sample orders for sales and accounts needs & return processing for retailers

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

Experience:
