Lead the PMO, aligning project management practices with company goals and developing innovative methodologies to deliver high-quality projects.
Support and inspire the project management team, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment where excellence thrives.
Work closely with Client Services and key stakeholders to ensure smooth, integrated processes that drive successful project outcomes and exceed client expectations.
Track project performance using KPIs, proactively addressing risks, and ensuring timely project delivery by escalating issues when needed.
Manage resource planning and allocation effectively, while upholding high quality standards and continuously improving through client feedback.
Bring a strong commercial focus to project planning, scope management, and reporting, ensuring seamless processes and successful project execution.
What you need:
A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification / Agile Certification (Practitioner) is highly desirable, along with any IT qualifications.
A minimum of 12 years managing medium to large-scale IT projects, with a strong focus on project and change management methodologies, particularly in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrate strategic thinking abilities, effectively juggling multiple goals and deadlines while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
Proven capability to mentor and coach others, while building strong relationships at the executive level with technology customers and vendor groups.
Ability to identify issues and implement effective resolutions, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in challenging situations.
Strong budgeting management skills and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Project Office, MS Office, and Smartsheets, along with experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital sectors.
