Our client, located near Brits, has an EE opportunity available for a Head of Transformation and Talent Management.

Requirements :

• Applicable 3 year tertiary qualification.
• Preferably Professional Association membership.
• Preferably 5 year proven track record in managing Transformation and Talent Management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing / production environment

KPAs :

• Review, consult and implement the Transformation and Talent Management strategy and Plan
• Ensure Transformation and Talent Management reporting to management, executive and government levels affected
• Manage the Group’s BBBEE score cards
• Development of sustainable human capital pipeline to meet future needs
• Develop and Manage the Groups Succession Management Plan and initiatives, taking into account key competencies and skills needs
