Identify any unsafe acts and conditions;
Reporting and recording any safety, health and environmental incidents;
Maintain H&S management systems;
Ongoing maintenance and updates of regulatory requirements/documentation of service providers;
Facilitate and record H&S walkabouts;
Coordinate annual medicals and/or H&S Inductions;
Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, issuing of work permits, documenting NCR (non-conformities) raised and issuing of access cards;
Promote safe work practices and injury prevention activities;
Co-ordinate and/or participate in compliance audits /or inspections with HSE Officer.
Qualifications
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a safety or compliance-focused environment
