    Trainee IT Support Manager

    Job Objectives

    Store Audits:

    • Conduct comprehensive audits of new store setups to ensure compliance with company policies and technology standards.
    • Evaluate local IT infrastructure, software installations, and hardware placements.
    • Assess the effectiveness and performance of existing technology in the store environment.
    • Identify any gaps or issues in IT setups and report findings to senior management.
    • Prepare detailed reports after audits and visits, summarising findings, recommendations, and best practices.
    • Maintain documentation of store IT infrastructure and technology compliance status.

    Store Visits:

    • Visit various store locations to provide support, guidance, and training on IT-related matters.

    • +3 years' experience in anIT support role or similar, with some knowledge relating to system hardware and software support - (essential).
    • Good understanding of the retail environment and Point of Sale systems - (essential).
    • Sound understanding of MS Windows Support and Configurations - (essential).

    Creditors Clerk

    Job Objectives

    • Perform various aspects of the end-to-end supplier accounts cycle at various times, including but not limited to capturing invoices, processing invoices for payment, processing debits, and credits, daily reconciliation of payments processed in relation to invoices processed for payment, and associated debits and credits for processing.
    • Ensure timely cash flow requests to meet payment deadlines.
    • Perform statement matching for accurate reconciliation.

    Packaging Development Coordinator

    Project Coordination

    • Coordinate work allocated to the Packaging development department – route effectively.
    • Ensure each packaging specification is up to date, in order and monitored.
    • Ensure the packaging development project status is up to date for weekly status meetings.

    Stock Accounts Officer

    Outputs/ Key elements of the job:

    • Liaise with cold store for weekly claims to ensure that stock was returned for valid claims
    • Process all claims on SAP and analyse claims
    • Reconcile system orders received to orders placed and ensure open orders remain in the cold store or have been returned
    • Capture all storage and delivery invoices, and reconcile weekly charges
    • Reconcile stock to ensuure that weekly stock movements align to the cold store movement report
    • Liaise with creditors monthly to ensure thatt invoices are received at Home Office, and supplier payment and stocks are received
