Hospitality Assistant at West Coast Personnel

• We are seeking an experienced and professional Hospitality Assistant to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming office environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid South African ID.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hospitality, a hotel, guesthouse, private household or high-end office environment.
• Experience in cleaning, food preparation and hospitality service.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
• Reliable, discreet, well-presented and trustworthy.
• Available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchen and common areas.
• Prepare and serve refreshments to staff, clients and visitors.
• Prepare a daily lunch for a designated senior executive.
• Keep the kitchen, appliances, crockery and beverage stations clean and organized.
• Monitor and manage food, cleaning and office supplies.
• Prepare meeting rooms and assist with general hospitality duties.
• Maintain indoor plants and wash office linen and cleaning cloths.
• Report low stock, maintenance concerns and breakages promptly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
