Requirements
Key responsibilities:

• Storage and Equipment: Oversee all wet and dry storage areas, commercial kitchen equipment, events, demo kitchen equipment, and general hygiene at Makers Landing.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day projects and checklist as per schedule.
• Administrative Tasks: Attend meetings, maintain stock and equipment records, and report on activities at Makers Landing.
• Inventory Management: Assist with planning and maintaining inventory to ensure controls and minimize waste.
• Facilitating Communication: Facilitate cross-channel feedback from tenants and customers.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities conform to set SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Requirements:

• Ability to learn on the job
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols
• Must be a South African citizen
