Target the largest Cloud providers in the Africa market, develop sales within the region together with the sales team.
Focus on consistent and increasing Revenue / Bookings (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
Grow revenues in existing Veeam Cloud Service Provider partners with the vision of upselling and cross-selling the full Veeam portfolio of use cases and services, which will help to grow the Volume Rental Agreements (VRA) with these partners.
Lead Hosting and Cloud activities (included program, sales and marketing) in the Africa region through the Veeam Cloud Service Provider program. Work with the channel and channel teams to support them in recruiting, enabling, activating, growing prospective Veeam Cloud Service Provider partners in the region.
Work with the aggregators' strategic alliances for them to cross-sell across their brands and drive a broader market share for Veeam. Align with the EMEA hosting teams to knowledge share and define best practices that can be applied to the Africa region.
Work with the marketing team to design plans on promoting Veeam Cloud Provider program within the Africa region.
Document processes and procedures within the Veeam Cloud Service Provider program.
Update pricing and programs to ensure that they are aligned to the Africa region.
Out the box thinking and creative thinking of ways to build on the existing program and how to take this to market in the region.
Qualifications
Experience in selling software solutions to existing customers and prospect for new customers across Africa.
Proven experience in developing relationships to drive sales activities within the Cloud/Hosting market across Africa.
Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly.
Strong business planning and go to market planning skills required to drive this business.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
Able to travel up to 60% of the time within the region.
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional presentation skills required to present and articulate the various aaS (as a Service) solutions and use cases to various stakeholders within the partner community and to their respective end users if necessary.
Strong use of collaboration and communication tools to enable and educate the market.
Ability to have C-Level discussions and relationships at top MSP’s, telco’s, hosting providers and Systems Integrators and grow relationships across South Africa, Namibia, Mauritius and Kenya to name a few of the countries in our territory with existing hybrid cloud strategies with Veeam
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
