Housekeeper x2 - Umhlanga at Winning Form Group

Minimum requirements:

• Housekeeping Experience

Responsibilities: 

• Check the building for burnt globes and replace where necessary (Daily).
• Deliver milk to the tea kitchens (Every morning).
• Check aircons are working properly on all floors, especially first floor (Daily).
• Spray the parking areas with ant killer (Every second Monday)
• Fill water coolers on all floors (Daily).
• Wash vehicles (Every Monday & Friday)
• Clean vending machine (Every Wednesday)
• Collect recycling paper from all departments and store in the cage (Every Tuesday & Thursday)
• Clean the carport (Every Wednesday)
• Clean ashtrays, all floors (Daily).
• Wipe toilet walls (Every Wednesday).
• Lubricate all metal door hinges (Every second Thursday)
• Wipe all internal glass doors and windows (Every Tuesday)
• Weed the front yard and generator area (Every second Monday)
• Sweep the fire escape (Daily)
• Clean out fridge in OPS every 1st of the new month.
• Wipe all air vents and fixtures - 1st floor (Every Monday)
• Wipe all air vents and fixtures - 2nd floor (Every Tuesday)
• Wipe and check all fire extinguishers and hoses (Every Thursday)
• Check the generator (Every Monday and Friday)
