• The Yes Program will be taught Air Liquide Management System, Maintenance tool and project management
• The Yes Program learner will assist plant supervisors with the creation of maintenance work order request on CMMS
• The Yes Program learner will assist the plant supervisors with the analysis of cylinders 
• The Yes Program learner will assist plant supervisors with the daily stock count and record it on the daily production sheets
• The Yes Program learner will assist the facility manager with the process improvement.
• The Yes Program learner will be tasked with the management of small projects in the Facility
• The Yes Program learner will analyses the discrepancies with the production posting
• The Yes Program learner will check stock levels of full and empty cylinders, Plan production in relation to demand sheet, 
• The Yes Program learner will ensure that at the end of shift targets are made, Build up stock levels. 
• The Yes Program learner will report malfunctioning equipment to Production Manager, Communicate with Millwright technician during breakdowns, as to maintenance call-outs and requirements
• The Yes Program learner will ensure full product stickers are attached to correct cylinders.
