Datacentrix Cape Town is looking for HP Printers Support Engineers with proven HP printers support experience Managed Print Service. This is a permanent position and will require a valid drivers license and reliable car. The Printer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to both technical and non-technical end users while supporting a wide range of printer technologies predominantly HP ensuring equipment is running at optimum. Exposure working on 300 printers minimum.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Matric or Grade 12
IT Related Qualification
3-5 years’ experience HP printer support
Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle
Responsibilities:
The Printer Support Engineer will have to assist with installations, maintenance, ordering of parts and configurations.
He/She will be required to travel between customers’ sites and provide support to other areas of the business where required.
