    HR Administrator

    Your Role and Impact

    • HR Systems Management: Efficiently oversee our HR Cloud SharePoint and internal HR software, ensuring organisational effectiveness and smooth operations.
    • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle the complete employee journey, meticulously maintaining personal files and managing all HR legal aspects, from onboarding to offboarding.
    • Document Management: Prepare and maintain critical HR documents, such as offers, professional affiliations, proposal CVs, and sponsorships amongst others.
    • Learning and Development: Lead our learning and development initiatives, keeping detailed records of 360 feedback, training and skill levels to support employee growth.
    • Procedure Optimisation: Assist in the creation and refinement of HR procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Benefits Administration: Administer our benefits programs in line with company policies, providing comprehensive support to our team.
    • External Partnerships: Provide administrative support in coordinating with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and training providers, to help facilitate effective talent and development processes.
    • HR Metrics and Reporting: Responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity to enable reliable, up-to-date reporting.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Facilitate the coordination of interviews and assessment setups, ensuring smooth communication with the HR team.
    • Payroll Assistance: Aid in the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely communication of employee changes.
    • Policy Management: Regularly review and update company policies to ensure compliance and reflect best practices.
    • Culture Champion: Play a pivotal role as an advocate for the business, enhancing the employee experience through the quality and consistency of delivery.
    • Event Maestro: Play a key supporting role in bringing company events to life from team-building activities to celebratory gatherings ensuring they contribute to a meaningful employee experience.
    • Newsletter Curator: Assemble our company newsletter, a vital channel for sharing achievements, updates, and stories that connect and inspire our team.

    What You'll Need:

    • A deep passion for HR, backed by a relevant degree and at least 2 years of administrative experience.
    • A strong affinity for technology, eager to leverage systems for automating and streamlining HR processes.
    • Comprehensive understanding of HR software and employment laws.

    Your Skillset:

    • Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging effectively across all levels of the company.
    • High proficiency in computer literacy, especially in Excel.
    • Acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all endeavours.
    • Superior organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise effectively and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
