Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in an HR role
• Knowledge of and experience in HR practices and legislation
• Able to conduct the full scope of recruitment and onboarding of employees (none negotiable)
• Great accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical and structural approach
• Employee centric and service excellence mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency and deadline driven
• Ability to work under pressure
