HR and Payroll Administrator at Lifestyle Home Garden

Role Purpose

The overall objective of the HR and Payroll Generalist is to administer and oversee the Payroll and HR needs for the company.The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. 

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll and benefits in collaboration with management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Oversee Clock-in program
• Training and development
• Implementation of HR Policy
• Conflict Managment assistance
• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and drive new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with Honours (preferrable) or equivalent experience with Bachelors Degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sage (Payroll) Experience if possible
