Studying towards or possessing a qualification in human resource management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field would be ideal
At least 1-3 years’ experience as an assistant
Experience working within an operational environment would be advantageous

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
Assist to maintain the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to exit
Assist to administrate the recruitment and selection process
Assist to ensure accurate and proper administration of files, employment contracts, promotions and transfers on the HR system and in line with processes
Provide support with employee orientation, induction and training
Provide support with the administration of Workers Committees and Housing Committees
Assist to maintain employee records and statistics – leave, absenteeism, and productivity
Assist with the administration and scheduling of disciplinary hearings
Assist with HR and/ or statutory Compliance audits
Assist with consolidating necessary information to compile HR related reports
Provide administrative support with Workplace Skills Plans
Assist with the planning and organizing of Staff Welfare, Corporate Social Initiatives and events Perform any other reasonable duties as requested
