• Our technologies client in Sandton, Johannesburg is looking for a HR Business Partner with 5 years’ experience from an  IT/Technologies Services industry backround. You will be a strategic HR Manager / HRBP to business units, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business goals.

Min Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.

• HR Policy and Compliance - Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
