Support the talent pipeline focusing on succession planning and career development.
Implement and oversee the people pillar of WCM / Lean Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence across our gypsum site.
Lead and manage union engagements, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.
Develop and provide meaningful HR metrics, insights, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the business.

A bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role, preferably a BCom in a relevant field, with a strong preference for Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of HR business partnering experience within a unionized manufacturing environment. Digital proficiency is essential, requiring familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
The candidate should possess knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including experience with WCM, Lean, Six Sigma, or other manufacturing excellence programs. This combination of qualifications and expertise ensures the ability to drive HR initiatives effectively in a dynamic and structured manufacturing setting.
