As an HR Business Partner with short-term insurance experience, your primary role will be to support and collaborate with the HR department and business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters specific to the short-term insurance industry. Your essential focus areas will include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Through your contributions, you will help the organization build a high-performing culture and ensure the best utilization of human capital in alignment with business objectives.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within the short-term insurance industry.
In-depth understanding of short-term insurance industry-specific HR practices, regulations, and challenges.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations governing the insurance sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse HR data and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
