Guide, advise and facilitate staff on HR related processes and procedures.
Ensure adherence to UFS policies, practices and legislation.
Perform additional duties when needed to achieve team objectives.
Responsible for administration duties linked to recruitment and other HR processes.
Inherent requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or a B-Tech degree/Postgraduate Certificate on NQF level seven (7) in the field of Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related field.
A minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in Human Resources.
