Responsible for strategic alignment and collaboration with clients.
Advice and support managers regarding people management tools and principles.
Responsible for- and facilitate recruitment and selection processes (and related duties).
Guide, advise and facilitate staff on HR related processes and procedures.
Ensure adherence to UFS policies, practices and legislation.
Perform additional duties when needed to achieve team objectives.
Responsible for administration duties linked to recruitment and other HR processes.
Inherent requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or a B-Tech degree/Postgraduate Certificate on NQF level seven (7) in the field of Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related field.
A minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in Human Resources.
Recommendations:
