Responsibilities

- We are hiring a human Resources (HR) graduate to be upskilled as a generalist within PepsiCo. Make the first steps of your careerm count. The Graduate Programming is a learning journey that will focus on building functional competence in HR whilst providing access to mentoring and sponsorship under the tutorship of an exceptional leader.
- This functional programme is designed to generate new learning, explore and build new behaviours, competencies and promote access to networking opportunities for your professional career.
Qualifications
- A Tertiary Qualification (3 Year Degree) in Human Resources Management and/or Organisational Psychology, post graduate qualification advantageous
- Willing to travel within South Africa
- 1-2 years experience
