Description
PURPOSE
- The purpose of the Graduate Programme is to provide advanced workplace learning within the Human Resources discipline.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Clear criminal record and qualification screening
- Currently unemployed
- Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme before
- Good written and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent people skills
- Exceptional coordination abilities
- Exceptional computer abilities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Candidate must have Honours in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource
Management
- Registration as Psychometrist will be advantageous
SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Ensure relevant OD practices are coordinated, controlled and communicated
- Compile reports
- Participate in OD/HR related projects
- Provide relevant training to employees when needed
