    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drafting contracts for general workers.
    • Confirming attendance of general workers.
    • Collecting and reviewing weekly timesheets, ensuring they are correctly completed and signed by the supervisor.
    • Capturing timesheet data into an Excel spreadsheet for payroll submission.

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
    • Strong ability to work independently.
    • Firm and confident in handling tasks.
    • Basic knowledge of Excel and general administrative skills.
    • No prior experience needed, but a keen willingness to learn and grow is essential.
