Minimum Requirements
NQF 6 – 3 year Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management (Essential)

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Human Capital data and records for Special Steels Division.
Adhere to; and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, standards, policies and procedures and to report non-compliance.
Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting and administration
Manage onboarding and offboarding administration processes from start to finish.
Ensure all employee records and files are maintained and up to date.
Conduct HR inductions for new and transferred employees.
Manage administrative processes for full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement.
Represent HR during disciplinary enquiries.
Prepare packs for disciplinary enquiries
Capture and update information for HR reports.
Provide guidance and advice to employees.
Coordinate training initiatives and administration support at branch level.
Ensure effective distribution of all related HC communication.
