HR Officer at Bilnor Staffing Solutions

• Bilnor Staffing Solutions client in the mining sector is looking for an HR OFFICER to join their team.  
• The position will be based between Middelburg, Steelpoort, Rustenburg and Thabazimbi - to be discussed at interview.
• Candidates should be willing to travel to these provinces

*South African Citizens will be preferred**
REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management,
• 5 Years HR Experience in the Opencast Mining Industry
• Computer Literate in:
• MS Word, Power Point, Excel
• Good knowledge of relevant labour legislation
• The successful candidate will be required to pass a medical assessment
• Own transport with a valid driver’s license.

GENERAL DUTIES:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Attend to general requests/queries from all employees.
• Ensure high level and high standard of customer service and guidance in line with HR Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process
• Provide information and assistance to Sites
• Set up internal disciplinary hearings, and grievance meetings, take minutes if required.
• Prepare all documentation/information required for Disciplinary Hearings and CCMA cases.
• Assist with CCMA cases by collecting and analysing information for the case
• Ensure that the recruitment process is followed from start to end in order to recruit effectively and reduce turnover.
• Manage the on-boarding of successful candidates and take-on documentation.
