    Key Performance Output

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the HR Business Partner and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

    • Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
    • Remain up to date with legislation and the
    • Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data.
    • File documents per procedure.
    • Collate and submit reports. 
    • Recruitment of employees including bulk recruitment.
    • Support SHRM and HRBP with coordination of recruitment.
    • Administration support to HRBPs, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organisational Design, Talent Management, Talent acquisition, internal & external stakeholders and SHRMs.
    • Provide support and assist execution of ad-hoc HR projects.
    • Partner with line managers to implement people management processes and provide day-to-day operational support in the management thereof (including, but not limited to talent acquisition, reward and recognition, development, performance, talent- and change management, employee relations). 
    • Implement the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Have a complete understanding of what the employer is looking for to be able to recruit the best employees for the position.
    • Offer systems training to line managers and employees.
    • Co-ordinate uniform fittings  
    • Facilitate onboarding for all new staff members (e.g. orientation, uniform, relocation, etc.). 
    • Provide input into annual budget planning process.
    • Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals.

    Technical Skills and Experience

    The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 

    • National Diploma NQF 6 in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resources/ Social Sciences is essential
    • Bachelor’s Degree (3 years 360 credits) NQF 7 in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources / Social Sciences is advantageous.
    • 3-5 years HR Generalist across functions.
    • Valid Code B driver’s license is essential.
    • MS Office proficiency on an intermediate level.
