    HR Officer: Industrial Relations

    Job Description

    Are you an energetic and independent worker? My client based in Northern Cape is looking to employ a HR Labour Relations Officer. The ideal candidate will support and guide mine management and contractors on industrial and employee relations matters to support strategic and operational decision making. Engages with union stakeholders to facilitate a functional and mutually beneficial relationship.

    The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

    • 5 – 10 years’ experience within an industrial/ employee relations specialist role.
    • 5 - 10 years’ experience within a unionised environment.
    • 5 – 10 Mining experience is essential
    • Honours/Masters’ degree in HR/ Labour Law or equivalent (NQF 8)
