A well-established and professional organisation is looking for an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration, and labour legislation to support and advise management while ensuring effective HR practices across the business.
Responsibilities:
Managing internal disciplinary processes and procedures
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities
Overseeing the full payroll function
Advising management on labour legislation and compliance matters
Updating and maintaining disciplinary policies and HR procedures
Acting as a liaison between management and employees
Requirements:
Relevant HR Degree or Diploma
4–5 years’ experience in an HR Officer or similar role
Ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments
Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
