HR &Payroll Administrator at MPRTC Recruitment

• A well-established company is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, provide HR administrative support, and ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Payroll qualification advantageous
• Minimum 3 years' payroll administration experience
• Experience with VIP Payroll or similar payroll software advantageous
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory submissions
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player with a proactive approach
