HR-Payroll Intern - Durban at IIE MSA and IIE Varsity College

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of payroll data.
• Support the payroll team with data entry, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of employee payroll information and transactions.
• Help in preparing payroll reports and documentation.
• Assist with resolving payroll discrepancies and queries.
• Perform other payroll and HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

 Minimum Education Requirements:

• A completed degree in HR , Finance or related field.

 Minimum Experience Requirement :

• 0-1 years of experience in Payroll, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to work with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• A basic understanding of payroll legislation and tax requirements.
• Experience with  HR systems and payroll software is advantageous
