HR/PR Internship at Ferrero

About the Role:

HR/PR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Helping a company support the goodwill and brand of a product, service or person. You’ll learn about writing media communication and to create a distribution of information to ensure your target audience is reached effectively.

Who we are looking for:

• BSc in Human Resources Management or BSc/BA in PR, communications
• Strong MS Office 
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation

Main Responsibilities:

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. Screen resumes and application forms and schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
• Create and curate engaging content.
• Planning events (wellness day, sport day etc) and Facilitate engagement surveys.
• Lead and execute the communication strategy and Build on the Leadership brand and employee engagement.
• Communicate and build relationships with shop floor employees and Effectively utilize company's social media (tv screens and kiosk).
