Job Purpose
The efficient functioning of the HC Information Systems and HC Modules within ERP Business
Computer Systems (e.g. Ellipse) and to ensure an efficient administrative service is provided.

This post reports to MANAGER (HC SYSTEMS)

Key Responsibility Areas

•  Maintenance of all HC computerised systems (existing and future) under the direction of
• Recruitment and Administration Manager.
•  Assumes responsibility for the control and maintenance of the Access Control System and ID
• System.
•  Executes specific applications relating to the implementation of procedures and systems for
• Asset and Stock Control.
•  Monitor maintenance of office services/ equipment, office accommodation and contracts
• thereof.
•  Prepare statistical reports as directed by the Recruitment and Administration Manager.
•  Undertake other related duties and projects.

Essential Requirements

•  Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or any other
• related and equivalent qualification.
•  Valid motor vehicle driving license.
•  3 Years relevant experience.
•  Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

•  Degree (NQF Level 7) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or any other
• related and equivalent qualification.
•  4 Years relevant experience.
