HRD Coordinator Engineering at Anglo American

Job Description:
As part of this team, you will be expected to:

• Consolidate Training needs analysis and training planning
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training facilitation, training material and training infrastructure
• Coordinate engineering practical training systems
• Quality assurance pre-audits and re-audit reports
• Continuous improvement
• Implement and compile engineering policies, procedures, standards, audit documentation and learning material
• Represent and participate in National and Industry Forums

This position is in the Human Resources department at a Band 6 level, reporting into the HRD Manager Operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum NQF Level 5 OD ETDP Higher Certificate
• NQF Level 6 Diploma OD ETDP – advantageous
• Engineering Trade Certificate
• Senior Foreman/Engineering Overseer Certificate – advantageous
• Assessor Certificate
• Moderator Certificate

Experience:

• 5 years’ engineering SME experience
• 1 year supervisor experience
• 2 years’ HRD Officer/Foreman experience
• Project experience - advantageous

Additional information

• All successful applications will be required to undergo medical fitness assessments
• Competent in Operations HR systems and related legislations
• Computer literate – MS Office and SAP HR
