    HRMS Specialist - (1129)

    Job Purpose:

    Reporting to the HR Digital Lead the successful incumbent will need to provide an integrated HR management service to the Mondi Group. Their relevance is underpinned by the specialised knowledge, analytics and skills they can use to work on the processes, systems and people practices, as subject matter experts.

    Qualifications & Expertise:

    • Tertiary education in Finance / Accounting / Information Technology/ Information Systems / HR
    • Data Analytics
    • SAP certification advantageous
    • Valid South African Driver’s License
    • Experience working on Power B.I or Qlikview will be advantageous

    Job Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HRM systems with a sound understanding of analytical Programs and Procedures
    • Providing stakeholder support from a data analytics perspective
    • Maintenance of HR Governance
    • SAP working knowledge will be advantageous
    • Working on master analytical trouble shooting principles and the use of programs and decision-making models/technology.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Monitor, advise, guide and provide support relating with people, technology and processes to prevent downtime.
    • Work in  a service and support environment, performing specific subject matter related duties
    • Participate in the implementation of projects, doing specialised work
    • Ensure legislative compliance relating to support services
    • Produce inputs to higher level systems and processes, like budgeting
    • Onboarding and exits (on Success Factors, HR Smart – Success Factors)
    • Implementing and maintaining HRMS support services programmes and initiatives
    • Take a practical role in optimisation of HRMS and resources 
    • Monitoring process and systems conditions and trends to improve productivity and efficiency relating HRMS
    • Provide an integrated employee administration service
    • Maintain sound HR Governance
    • Attend to payroll administration
    • Engage in liaison with stakeholders such as suppliers, management and human resources
