HSE Manager at 3C Metal

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Company HSE System:

• Maintain and modify the HSE Management System in compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Supervise the HSE department, plan audits, and implement improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and develop control measures to mitigate potential risks.
• Report on safety statistics and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Develop and implement action plans for HSE awareness.
• Assist in addressing client requests and coordinating HSE aspects of projects, within the workshops as well as site and deployment work.
• Responsible for Incident investigations.
• Included as part of company HSE management will be the management of the company security system.

3C Metal Group:

• Manage HSE communication within the Group.
• Implement the Group Safety Code, prepare and distribute the Group HSE Report.
• Provide HSE KPIs, records, and reports for all entities.
• Collaborate with subsidiary HSE Representatives, General Managers, and Operations/Project Managers.

Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 -7 years of HSE management experience in the industrial sector.
• Full knowledge of ISO 45001/ ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 and local and international legal requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HSE Management or a related field.
• Experience in ISO implementation and internal auditing.
• SANTRAC and SACPCMP qualifications / registration or equivalent will be required.
