Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
Relevant certifications (eg, SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor).
Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety, quality management or demonstrated equivalent skills and experience preferable in a manufacturing / project environment
Leadership or managerial qualifications are a plus
Advanced training in risk management, safety audits, environmental laws, or quality assurance preferred
Relevant Experience
Previous Experience implementing an integrated HSEQ Management System in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 & OSHA18001 – not negotiable
5 years' experience in manufacturing industry/mining Health and Safety, HR or related roles.
Professional attitude to meeting business objectives.
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.

Ability to work under pressure, with reliability and accuracy.
Proven ability to work in a team environment.
