Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A relevant degree in Human Resource / Capital Management or a related field
- At least 10 years ’proven experience as an HR / HC practitioner, three of which must be in a public entity
- Demonstrated experience serving on a Board or Human Resources Committee or an equivalent committee within a public entity
- Strong knowledge of HR governance, labour legislation, and organizational development
- High ethical standards, integrity, and independence of thought
