Human Capital Contact Centre Analyst x 2 Global Grade 10
Tmanage all administrative related tasks in the allocated region regarding the life cycle of an employee and tassist in resolving queries related tbenefits, payroll and Human Capital policies
Assist and resolve basic Human Capital and Payroll related queries received from employees or other sources e.g. leave, UIF, medical aid, funeral fund, retirement fund etc
Assist with the unlocking of PaySpace user accounts and general PaySpace support temployees for navigating through the system.
Assist with the correctness of the Workforce Plan for area of responsibility - assist in creating jobs/ abolishing of jobs
Manage the recruitment of a new employee
Distribute and management of Starter pack documentation
Follow up on the timeously submission of the documents tmeet payroll cut-off
Schedule medicals
Create an employee folder on the HCM Drive
Index the documents as received properly as per the agreed naming convention and file on the BCM drive in the relevant employee folder
Capture mini-master data
Upload the following documents on Payspace once the employee profiles reflects on PaySpace
Movement Form
Certified ID
Qualifications
Fund Information
Tax Information
Payspace documents
Manage the termination process
Distribute and management of termination pack
Follow up on the timeously submission of the documents tmeet payroll cut-off
Issue letters for reporting line changes and all internal movements when applicable
Issue Maternity leave contracts where required
Conduct employment confirmation
Assist with following up of required forms tbe completed on Payspace e.g., funeral forms, vaccination status, Travel calculators etc.
Distribute medical aid cards temployees
Assist with the completing of GPA forms and the submission thereof tRewards and Benefits
Assist with the completion of disability claim documentation and the submission thereof tRewards and benefits
Assist in managing workflow approval tbe in time for payroll cutoff when stuck in an inbox
Manage and ensure master data of relevant area tbe correct
Distribute overtimQualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum required qualification:
A relevant formal Human Capital qualification will be an advantage
Matric
Must have:
5 -7 years in a generalist Human Resources / Payroll environment
Experience of a shared services environment will be an advantage
