About the Job

• The Human Capital Officer’s role will, among other HCM functions, entail advertising and filling of positions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource qualifications.

Required Experience:

• 3 – 5 years professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with partnering with divisional executives in anticipating, assessing talent needs, acquiring new talent and recommending sourcing strategies, channels, and platforms.
• Sourcing and screening of candidates
• Capturing applications on a spreadsheet for shortlisting purposes.
• Facilitate a seamless end to end recruitment process.
• Analysing divisional data to find potential and ideal candidates that fit organizational culture.
• Administration of termination and preparation of employment contracts/ offers.
• Negotiation of employment offers.
• Facilitate pre and onboarding.
• Assist with the implementation of the Organisational redesign and review strategy.
