Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification. Competencies: Knowledge of relevant Acts, policies, and prescripts. Knowledge of relevant Human Resource practices in the Public Services.
Knowledge and skills: Computer literacy (MS Office). Good verbal and written communication. Flexibility and teamwork. Customer focus. Ability to work under pressure.
2-3 years experience in HR will be an added advantage.
PERSAL experience will be an added advantage. An undergraduate qualification (NQF 06) in Human Resource or related field of study will be an added advantage.
Experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to Pretoria residents.
Duties :
Implement Human Resource administration practices. Recruitment and Selection . Transfer suitability check. Secretariat function at interviews. Implement condition of service (leave, housing, medical surveillance, injury on duty, long service recognition, leave overtime, relocation, pension, allowances. Procedure on incapacity leave and Ill Health retirement (PILIR).
Translation in rank and grade progression. Capturing of Performance management (PMDS) documents, terminations, and address human resources administration inquiries. Filing of HR Documents and responsible for HR records.
Respond to enquiries from internal and external clients. Acts as a Multilateral Scriber. Rotate in all HR functions. Perform all other duties delegated by Supervisor/Manager within scope of practice.
